Entry for the June Mugeno contest. The text at the very top was by generator, so someone please tell me if it doesn't say anything close to "happy rice".

Super cute! And yes, Japanese rice is absolutely the best! Period!
Well, I am not expert on Japanese language, but IMHO, the meaning is basically good:
スーパー [sūpā] "Super"
幸福な [kōfukuna] "Happy" (it's kind of rather 'formal' language... used often in expression "Happy life")
米 [kome] "Rice" - but it depends on form of rice - rice in general: 米, but boiled rice (meal): 飯 [meshi] or ご飯 [gohan] or ライス [raisu]
