Overall I give this artwork all stars.

The artwork in this piece is just magnificent and speechless. Every detail brings out the colours and the structure of this girl. Her face, you can clearly see the blending of the colours is carefully and slowly blended layer by layer. Especially the detail of the fish skin on her face, it brings out her eyes and blends in with the light brown coloured skin.

The hair, is as colourful as it gets. The mixing of light and darkness brings out the spark of this drawing. It feels like she is the godess of the underwater world. This drawing, reminds me of the movie "Ponyo" and her mother. How it both connects because of the facial features, and how they both glow underwater.
But what also really got me stunned about this picture is, all of the details on her chest. The pearls (If that's what they are) brings out her neck and the hair beside it, as well as the background following it.
I don't understand this painting much because I am not the creator of this painting, but from my point of view, it's created perfectly.

Overall, I can not find any negative features about this drawing. It's beautifully draw, created, and thought of.
It's just perfect, and I must say, when I first saw this, it gave me a really happy feeling and I just can't stop looking at it.. Where ever your eye goes, more details pop out and the more you want to explore this drawing of the "Rainbow Fish".

Excellent Work Prinii~
